Vanity top: Corian®
A premium material known for its uniform appearance, pleasant feel and contemporary look. Corian® creates elegant surfaces particularly well suited to the bathroom.
Cabinet: ash
Ash is characterised by its natural grain and light appearance. Variations in colour and grain are inherent to natural wood and make each unit unique.
Combining Corian® and ash creates an elegant contrast between a mineral surface and natural wood.
Materials
Noa Duken — bespoke bathroom furniture, shower trays, baths and vanity tops. The quality of our bespoke work starts with a careful choice of materials. We work with two complementary materials, selected for their durability, their stability in humid environments and their ability to be made to measure: solid wood and Corian®.
Solid wood
Our bespoke bathroom furniture is made from solid wood, chosen for its dimensional stability, its strength and its ability to last for years without losing its quality.
- Species: depending on the project and your taste, we work with different solid woods (oak, walnut, ash, etc.), selected for their density and good performance in humid conditions.
- Water-repellent finish: every unit receives a finishing treatment (varnish or oil) specifically suited to bathroom conditions – splashes, changes in humidity and temperature – to protect the wood and extend its life.
- Natural appearance: solid wood shows natural variations in grain, shade and texture from one piece to another. These are not defects: they give each unit its unique character, made one piece at a time.
- Made to measure: every unit is cut, assembled and finished in our workshop to the exact dimensions of your bathroom for a perfect fit.
Corian® DuPont
Our bespoke baths, shower trays and vanity tops are made from Corian® DuPont, a solid surface material renowned for its quality and versatility in the bathroom.
Composition
Corian® is made of around two-thirds natural minerals (alumina trihydrate, derived from bauxite) and one-third pure acrylic resin. This gives it a uniform mass throughout its thickness: the colour and texture are the same on the surface as they are deep down.
Features
- Non-porous surface: unlike glazed ceramic or natural stone, Corian® has no pores that can hold moisture, bacteria or mould, making it particularly well suited to wet rooms.
- Thermoformable: when heated, Corian® can be shaped in three dimensions, allowing curved forms and bespoke pieces made to the exact dimensions of your project.
- Invisible joints: different elements (bath, shower tray, vanity top, integrated basin) can be thermally bonded together, giving a continuous surface with no visible joints and nowhere for water or dirt to collect.
- Durable and repairable: Corian® resists stains and everyday cleaning products. If it gets scratched or marked, the surface can be sanded and re-polished to restore its original look without replacing the piece.
- Wide choice of colours and finishes: matt, satin or gloss, the Corian® colour range lets you coordinate your fittings with the rest of your bathroom.

Marine plywood with natural wood veneer
Our bespoke bathroom furniture is made from marine plywood, a technical panel made of several cross-laminated layers of wood bonded with exterior/marine-grade glue that is resistant to water and humidity.
This cross-laminated construction gives it excellent dimensional stability, better than solid wood, and very good long-term performance in humid environments such as bathrooms.
- Natural wood veneer: the visible surface of the unit is covered with a genuine natural wood veneer (oak, walnut, ash, etc.), chosen to suit your taste, for a warm, authentic finish.
- Stability in humid conditions: thanks to its cross-laminated structure and water-resistant glue, marine plywood greatly limits swelling, shrinkage and warping caused by changes in humidity and temperature in the bathroom.
- Water-repellent finish: every unit receives a finishing treatment (varnish or oil) applied to the veneer, further protecting it against splashes and extending its life.
- Natural appearance: wood veneer shows natural variations in grain, shade and texture from one piece to another. These are not defects: they give each unit its unique character.
- Made to measure: every unit is cut, assembled and finished in our workshop to the exact dimensions of your bathroom for a perfect fit.

The product will be delivered by our carrier, always kerbside at the address provided by the customer. Carrying it upstairs or into the home is the customer's responsibility.
The goods are fully insured in transit, but it is essential to check the packaging at the time of delivery and before signing the delivery note.
If you notice any dents, breakage or deformation, write a specific note on the carrier's delivery note (for example: "Box dented on corner", "Pallet broken"); avoid generic phrases such as "subject to inspection", which are not valid for insurance purposes. Take photographs of the packaging and the product.

The carrier's insurance will cover any damage caused in transit. If the damaged product is not in stock, we will make an identical one within a maximum of 5 days and replace it free of charge.
