As these products are manufactured exclusively to your specifications, we recommend that you carefully check the dimensions, finishes, colours and orientation in the order summary before confirming. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
4. Bespoke manufacturing
Once the order and payment have been validated, we begin production at our factory. Every piece is made specifically for you and goes through rigorous quality controls to guarantee its durability, moisture resistance and flawless finish.
5. Shipping and delivery
Once the product is finished, we prepare it for shipping with carriers specialising in furniture.
Recommendations when you receive your order:
- Check the outside: Inspect the condition of the packaging before signing.
- Note it on the delivery note: If you notice any knocks or external damage, state this clearly on the carrier's delivery note.
- Photographs: Take photos of the box and the product if you detect any anomaly.
- Notification: Contact our support team as soon as possible so that we can deal with it quickly.

Can I return a made-to-measure product?
Under current legislation (Article 103 of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised are not subject to the right of withdrawal once manufacturing has begun.
