General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Most of the products sold by NOA DUKEN SL are made to measure and customised according to the specifications provided by each customer.
Before confirming an order, it is essential to check the measurements, finishes, colours and configurations carefully. Once manufacturing has begun in the workshop, changes, cancellations or returns will not be possible in accordance with Article 103(c) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
1. Purpose and identification of the seller
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern product purchases made through the website www.noaduken.com between the customer and the owner of the website:

Placing any order through noaduken.com implies that you have read, understood and fully accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
2. Products and made-to-measure manufacturing
NOA DUKEN designs, manufactures and sells bathroom furniture, washbasins, countertops, shower trays, bathtubs and fittings. Due to technical processes and the properties of natural raw materials (wood, marble, natural stone), there may be slight variations in grain, colour or texture compared with the images on the website; this does not constitute a manufacturing defect.
Responsibility for measurements
As these are personalised products, the customer is directly responsible for checking:
- Overall dimensions, width, depth and height.
- Position of waste outlets, water supply points and the centring of washbasins.
- Opening of drawers and doors, and the absence of obstacles in the bathroom.
- Colour, surface finish and accessories selected.
NOA DUKEN accepts no liability for errors in plans, sketches or measurements provided incorrectly by the buyer.
3. Prices, payment and placing an order

4. Shipping, accessibility and receipt of goods
Delivery times (usually estimated at between 3 and 4 weeks) are for guidance only, owing to the personalised production process.
Kerbside deliveries
Unless special services are expressly contracted, deliveries are made to the kerbside / building entrance. It is the buyer's responsibility to check beforehand that the product can pass through corridors, doors, stairs or lifts to its final location.
Receipt procedure: The customer must inspect the packaging in the presence of the delivery driver. In the event of any anomaly or external damage, this must be noted on the carrier's delivery note (e.g. "Box dented", "Pallet broken") and reported to NOA DUKEN SL with photographs within no more than 24-48 hours.
5. Right of withdrawal and guarantees
- Made-to-measure products: Exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 103(c) of the TRLGDCU.
- Standard products: Legal period of 14 calendar days from receipt (direct return costs borne by the customer).
- Legal guarantee: 3 years' cover against manufacturing defects or original lack of conformity. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, unauthorised handling, falls after delivery or the use of aggressive chemical cleaners.
6. Intellectual property, applicable law and jurisdiction
All texts, images, logos, catalogues, designs and code on noaduken.com are protected by intellectual property rights owned by NOA DUKEN SL. Copying or distributing them without prior authorisation is prohibited.
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any disputes, the parties shall submit to the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction under the applicable consumer legislation.
