Delivery procedure

Delivery procedure: shipping and receiving orders

Important information about receiving your purchase

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Receipt procedure

Before signing the carrier's delivery note: Always check the outside of the packaging. If you notice any knocks, deformation or breakage, state this clearly on the delivery note and take photographs. This check is essential to process and speed up the transport insurance claim.

1. Manufacturing and delivery times

At NOA DUKEN most of our bathroom furniture, washbasins and shower trays are made to order and customised. Lead times may vary depending on the characteristics of the product and the logistics route assigned.

Estimated average lead time: 3 to 4 weeks (manufacturing and delivery) from confirmation of payment and validation of the order. Once the goods have been dispatched, you will receive the online tracking details.

2. Delivery method: kerbside

Unless otherwise contracted or expressly stated, all deliveries are made kerbside at the entrance to the building or house.

✔ Included in delivery✖ NOT included in the standard service
  • Insured transport to the address provided.
  • Unloading at the kerbside/building entrance.
  • Shipment notification and tracking.
  • Carrying up to upper floors or into the home.
  • Assembly, positioning or installation.
  • Removal of packaging or old furniture.

Recommendation: We advise arranging for another person to help on the day of delivery to move heavy items such as Solid Surface countertops, bathtubs or large furniture.

3. Accessibility and access checks

It is the customer's responsibility to check before purchase that the product can reach its final location in the home or building without difficulty.

Key points to measure before buying:
  • Width of door frames and corridors.
  • Dimensions and turns on staircases.
  • Capacity and car height of lifts or communal areas.

NOA DUKEN is not responsible for costs or failed deliveries arising from accessibility problems unrelated to transport.

4. What to do if the packaging or product arrives damaged

If during delivery you notice breakage, dents in the boxes, moisture or signs of tampering, you must strictly follow these steps:

  1. Inspect in the driver's presence: Check the condition of the outer packaging before signing.
  2. Write specific details on the delivery note:
✔ Correct examples: "Box dented on bottom corner", "Pallet broken", "Packaging torn, contents affected".
❌ Avoid generic phrases such as: "Subject to inspection" or "Received unchecked" (these have no legal validity for insurance purposes).
  3. Take clear photographs: Photograph the packaging, the shipping labels and the specific damage.
  4. Notify NOA DUKEN immediately: Send us the photos and your order number at info@noaduken.com or by WhatsApp on +34 608 991 150.

Hidden damage found after unpacking

If on unpacking the goods you discover internal damage that was not visible from the outside, please contact us as soon as possible with detailed images of the product and its boxes so that we can process the corresponding insurance claim.

Frequently asked questions about shipping

Will the carrier take the furniture up to my flat?

No, delivery is strictly kerbside. If you require special accessibility services, please ask us before placing your order.

Should I open the boxes in front of the delivery driver?

Whenever you notice any dent or mark on the outer box, yes, you should ask to inspect the goods and record it on the driver's handheld device or delivery note before signing.
